Overview
The author presents two case studies of patients examined at the Occupational Medicine Clinic of St. Anne’s University Hospital in Brno, who were diagnosed with an occupational disease or at risk of an occupational disease. Both case studies confirm that hearing damage from noise can still be detected today and emphasize the importance of proper prevention, regular audiometry, and monitoring of working conditions.
